Submito Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 9, 2026

Submito ("Service") is operated by Ishak Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using submito.dev or any related services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Submito is a cloud-based form processing and notification platform that enables users to:

  • Collect and store form submissions
  • Process submissions via API
  • Receive email notifications
  • Manage submissions through a dashboard
  • Subscribe to usage-based plans

Infrastructure may include Vercel, Hostinger, AWS services (including Lambda, SQS, SES), Stripe, and other cloud providers.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Account Registration & Security

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Secure your API keys
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

You are solely responsible for misuse resulting from exposed credentials.

4. Subscription & Billing

Payments are processed via Stripe.

Subscriptions:

  • Renew automatically unless canceled
  • May be canceled before renewal to avoid next charge
  • Upgrades may take effect immediately
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

5. Usage Limits & Quotas

Each subscription plan includes defined monthly submission limits.

If limits are exceeded:

  • API requests may be rejected
  • Service may be temporarily restricted
  • Plan upgrade may be required

Usage resets monthly.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Submito to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Conduct phishing or fraud
  • Distribute malware
  • Collect illegal content
  • Violate privacy or data protection laws
  • Abuse or overload infrastructure

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

8. Customer Data Responsibility

You are the Data Controller for all data collected via your forms. Submito acts solely as a Data Processor.

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining lawful consent
  • Providing required disclosures
  • Complying with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable laws
  • Responding to data subject requests

Submito is not responsible for the legality of data collected through customer forms.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
