Refund Policy

Submito Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 9, 2026

Refunds are available only if both of the following conditions are met:

  1. The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase or renewal; and
  2. Less than 20% of the monthly submission quota has been used.

If either condition is not satisfied, the refund request may be denied.


How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request with your paid invoice of the subscription to support@submito.dev.

Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe.


Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may result in account suspension.
